The Timetable 2013
1. Spinning
An intense cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes with resistance. Ideal for weight loss and increased cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all levels.
2. Legs, Bums and Tums
A toning class focussing on legs, bums and tummies. Use of weights may be required. Suitable for all abilities.
3. Trilogy
This class is split into 3 sections, 20 minutes step, 20 minutes aerobics and 20 minutes toning.
4. Tai chi, Pilates & Yoga:
This combo of excercises is one energy boosting workout will get you strong, sculpted, totally revitalized and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
5. Thump - Boxerspin
20 -30 minutes spinning followed by a combination of cardio (boxing pad work) and resistance stations for an all over body workout. Suitable for all abilities and a really great work out!
6. Aerotone
A split class, one half is a choreographed aerobic workout and the other half will be some toning of the body. Use of weights and bands may be required. Suitable for all abilities.
7. Zumba
Zumba is fun dance style class find yourself swinging to hot Latin American dance music.
8. TRX
is a total body workout using leveraged bodyweight exercises. Helps weight loss, flex-ibility, core strength, balance and mobility and also builds power and strength throughout the body. This class involves cardio exercises as well and TRX
9. Aeroblast
45 minute blast of choreographed aerobics to get the heart working.
10. Boot Camp
An advanced circuit session working various body systems with body weight, resistance, aerobic and anaerobic movements involved. A great way to lose body fat.
